Motion Graphic Designer

POSITION TITLE: Motion Graphic Designer Location: Hyderabad Reports to: Creative Lead OVERVIEW The Motion Graphics Designer will create engaging, on-brand motion graphics with a focus on 2D animation, explainer videos, event promos, and social media animations. This person should have a strong creative eye and artistic ability, with the experience to interpret scripts and transform them into compelling visual stories. The role involves designing and sequencing animations, refining visual elements, adding sound effects, and supporting video recording and editing efforts for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be adaptable across formats and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in motion graphics and animation technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES ⦁ Create visually stunning on-brand motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms ⦁ Utilize video software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects ⦁ Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content ⦁ Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices ⦁ Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphics deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations ⦁ Ensure all work meets brand standards, including voice, and quality control guidelines ⦁ Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team ⦁ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget ⦁ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision ⦁ Collaborate with colleagues within the marketing services hub, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives ⦁ Engage in professional development to continuously grow in your profession and remain competitive within the industry SKILLS ⦁ Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools ⦁ Explainer and 2D animation skills ⦁ Accuracy and attention to detail ⦁ Keen eye for design and aesthetics ⦁ Organized and can prioritize effectively ⦁ Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas ⦁ Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ⦁ A degree/diploma in Design, Marketing or a related field or relevant experience ⦁ 5+ years prior experience as a Motion Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects ⦁ Portfolio of work showcasing a diverse range of samples in a variety of formats required ⦁ External agency experience desired. ⦁ In-house agency / corporate experience preferred Show more Show less
