Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Character Artist. The Character Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D character models, ensuring they meet artistic and technical requirements. This includes sculpting, texturing, rigging, and integration of assets into Unreal Engine 5. The Character Artist will work closely with the art team to deliver photorealistic and immersive character designs, while maintaining clear and continuous communication throughout the project life cycle. Qualifications Experience with character modeling, sculpting, and texturing Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software. Position Overview The IT Technology Systems Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of all IT infrastructure within the gaming or VFX studio environment. This includes managing hardware, software, network systems, and security protocols. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and troubleshoot studio workstations, servers, and networking equipment. Set up and support hardware and software for developers, artists, and other staff. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. Network and Security: Configure, manage, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and other security devices. Implement and enforce network security policies. Monitor network traffic and security logs for unusual activity; respond to security incidents and breaches. Compliance and Policies: Ensure all IT systems and workflows comply with modern security standards and MPA Content Security Program Best Practices. Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans. Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, security policies, and incident reports. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with studio operations, engineering, and production teams to support collaborative workflows and resolve technical challenges. Provide technical support to staff, including training on security best practices and IT procedures. Qualifications Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
