Key Responsibilities

●       Provide financial analysis, reporting, and guidance at both business and departmental levels.

●       Take full ownership of the Division’s accounting function, including monthly closing process

●       Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.

●       Ensure financial systems are robust, compliant, and scalable for growth

●       Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with IND AS.

●       Support business by reviewing cost estimates for Bid pricing

●       Ensure project/program level profitability is captured, variances are analysed and monitored for corrective actions

●       Work closely with the operations department to understand and monitor production costs and efficiencies

●       Develop and ensure high class and timely MIS reports for management decision making

●       Oversee cash flow by monitoring inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure sufficient funds for operations Laison with banks for day-to-day operations, funding etc.

●       Ensure benefits under export promotion schemes are fully availed and related compliance

●       Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal regulations, company policies, authorisation rules, and ethical standards.

●       Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors and other stake holders

●       General support to the business

●       Other responsibilities as and when required

Key Skills & Experience

●       Excellent business acumen with strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

●       Strong ability to analyze financial data, create financial models, and interpret trends

●       Strong leadership abilities with proven ability to lead teams and influence peers

●       Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting and controlling in manufacturing environment.
