Role Overview

The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling guest reservations, managing booking systems, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Update and manage booking systems with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for smooth guest experience.
  • Upsell rooms, packages, and services to maximize revenue.
  • Respond promptly to guest queries, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build positive guest relationships.
