Role Overview The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling guest reservations, managing booking systems, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal departments to maximize occupancy and revenue. Key Responsibilities Handle guest inquiries and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms. Update and manage booking systems with accuracy. Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for smooth guest experience. Upsell rooms, packages, and services to maximize revenue. Respond promptly to guest queries, modifications, and cancellations. Maintain records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences. Ensure excellent customer service and build positive guest relationships.
Basic Qualification: Education CA / CMA Skills & Knowledge FP&A, Accounting, Ind AS, Costing, MIS, Budgeting, Controlling, Taxation, ERP. Total Experience (no. of years) Minimum: 05 to 10 Years post CA / CMA (Required) Key Responsibilities ● Provide financial analysis, reporting, and guidance at both business and departmental levels. ● Take full ownership of the Division’s accounting function, including monthly closing process ● Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability. ● Ensure financial systems are robust, compliant, and scalable for growth ● Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with IND AS. ● Support business by reviewing cost estimates for Bid pricing ● Ensure project/program level profitability is captured, variances are analysed and monitored for corrective actions ● Work closely with the operations department to understand and monitor production costs and efficiencies ● Develop and ensure high class and timely MIS reports for management decision making ● Oversee cash flow by monitoring inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure sufficient funds for operations Laison with banks for day-to-day operations, funding etc. ● Ensure benefits under export promotion schemes are fully availed and related compliance ● Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal regulations, company policies, authorisation rules, and ethical standards. ● Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors and other stake holders ● General support to the business ● Other responsibilities as and when required Key Skills & Experience ● Excellent business acumen with strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills ● Strong ability to analyze financial data, create financial models, and interpret trends ● Strong leadership abilities with proven ability to lead teams and influence peers ● Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting and controlling in manufacturing environment.
