Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Reservation Executive to join our team at Hilton. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Utilize computer systems and software applications to manage reservations and track customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer experiences.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations, sales, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
