Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties virtually, providing customer service, handling front office operations, and maintaining effective communication with guests and staff. This individual will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, address guest inquiries, and provide overall support to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service Receptionist Duties and Front Office Management Strong Communication Skills Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is beneficial
