Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Accounting professional to manage end-to-end real estate fund accounting operations and financial reporting for global clients. The role involves ownership of property accounting deliverables, review of financial statements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle property accounting including cash booking, accruals, lease accounting, CAM, asset management fees, and depreciation.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and lender compliance reporting.
• Support client queries, audit requirements, and on boarding of new entities.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Property Accounting / Fund Accounting within real estate or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of GAAP reporting, financial close, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi or MRI (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA / CPA or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
