As a Retail Marketing Senior Manager at Accenture GN Song, you will be responsible for collaborating on innovative projects with top global Retail clients. Your deep industry knowledge and marketing skills will play a crucial role in developing relevant retail personae, designing customer journeys, and delivering differentiated retail experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing relevant retail personae and journey designs to enhance customer experiences. - Identifying key moments of truth that lead to differentiated retail experiences. - Developing digital marketing strategy/campaigns by studying economic indicators and monitoring competition. - Planning, designing, and executing web, SEO/SEM, and database marketing materials. - Leading and guiding project teams on emails, social media, consumer marketing, BTL, and display advertising campaigns. - Leading MarTech consulting projects to optimize MarTech/AdTech stack and recommend new systems and suppliers. - Supporting full spectrum of marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery. - Supporting the development of content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs aligned with the overall content strategy. - Managing projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams effectively. - Leading business development efforts, developing proposal responses, and building marketing assets for various industries. - Working with a team of seasoned professionals to develop business cases and strategic assessments. To excel in this role, you must have: - Deep skills in marketing and digital marketing. - Strong knowledge of designing marketing strategies and campaign management. - Ability to devise customer personas, customer journeys, and customer experiences. - Strong project management skills and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to work with leadership, support business development, and handle client relationships effectively.
