As an Agile Transformation Consultant at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work in the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice, enabling our most strategic clients to realize exceptional business value from technology. You will be part of a high-performing team focused on Agile Transformation for complex deal structures and new business processes, with the following key responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end transformation with Agile Ways of Working as a cornerstone - Design new agile operating models and transformation programs governance - Perform maturity assessments & diagnostics on Agile ways of working - Coach Agile teams in all roles and functions, from leadership to teams coaching - Educate, suggest tools, and provide training for organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies - Contribute to business development and build trusted relationships with clients - Leverage existing working knowledge of DevOps and Automation processes and tools - Apply strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital to develop technology solutions - Ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions - Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3-4 years of prior consulting experience in client-facing roles - Deep understanding of impact on Agile and Intelligent Operating Model - Hands-on experience driving Program and Team level Agile transformation - Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Spotify, Scrum@Scale - Experience in facilitating workshops using techniques like Design Thinking, User Story Mapping, Value Stream Mapping - Practical industry expertise in domains such as Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, etc. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the following opportunities at Accenture: - Work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients - Co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, and business intelligence professionals - Personalized training modules to develop your strategy & consulting acumen - Thrive in a culture committed to accelerating equality for all - Engage in boundaryless collaboration across the entire organization Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
