You will work closely with product development and implementation teams to design, develop, and optimize staging and manufacturing functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. As the primary point of contact for techno-functional support, you will lead the implementation of staging and manufacturing solutions, conduct workshops with customers, and deliver training sessions for end-users and internal teams. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in staging and manufacturing, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of our solutions. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Production, IT, or a related field, along with 4 to 8 years of experience in Staging & Manufacturing Operations. You should have expertise in MES products, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies. Preferred skills include experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or consumer goods industries, knowledge of additional staging & manufacturing modules, and relevant certifications.
