As a Capital Markets Services Specialist at Accenture, your role involves analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. You may be tasked with creating new solutions, adapting existing methods and procedures, and understanding the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor, with potential interactions with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. You will receive guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments, and your decisions may have a significant impact on the team. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please be aware that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
