Role Objective

Lead the digital sales strategy and execution for Malabar Gold & Diamonds Online Sales Division. Drive revenue growth, optimize product merchandising, enhance customer experience, and ensure seamless crossfunctional collaboration across ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver monthly and annual

    ecommerce sales targets

    across website, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
  • Monitor

    conversion rate, AOV, CAC

    and collaborate with analytics teams for insights and optimizations.
  • Implement

    upselling, crossselling, and bundling strategies

    to maximize revenue.
  • Expand and optimize

    online product assortment

    with merchandising and inventory teams.
  • Ensure product listings are

    accurate, SEOoptimized, and visually appealing

    .
  • Partner with marketing teams to plan and execute

    digital campaigns

    aligned with launches and promotions.
  • Track traffic sources and

    campaign ROI

    ; recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and store teams for smooth

    order processing and fulfilment

    .
  • Manage stock allocation to minimize cancellations and improve utilization.
  • Collaborate with customer service to address complaints and enhance satisfaction.
  • Work with IT for

    website enhancements, bug fixes, and feature rollouts

    .
  • Partner with finance teams for

    payment gateway settlements, reconciliations, and reporting

    .
  • Support

    omnichannel initiatives

    and shared inventory models.
  • Ensure adherence to

    ecommerce processes, policies, and compliance standards

    .
  • Maintain documentation of

    sales performance, campaign results, and operational metrics

    .
  • Provide timely reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Applications will be considered of male candidates
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field.
  • 812 years of experience in

    ecommerce sales, merchandising, or digital retail strategy

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving

    sales targets and digital growth metrics

    .
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, analytics tools, and ecommerce platforms
