Job Description

Role & responsibilities Understand the Selection criteria of product Images for cataloging purpose. Create a portfolio of images by reviewing the project pipeline and anticipating the photo needs. Identify relevant images, edit images to make them more appealing, and arrange them in a suitable layout as instructed by the Superiors. Edit photos to achieve highest quality through color correction using software such as Photoshop etc. Execute standard photography editing procedures including image editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines. Enhance up-to-date knowledge of product trends, photography/imaging technology to enhance product photo presentation. Observe competitors offerings and understand advanced technological developments in software and hardware that relates to photo editing. Assist in conducting market research to gather a detailed and in depth understanding of market trends and report the same. Provide technical support to team members in Merchandising Department. Ensure adherence to branding policy of Malabar Group and comply to the organizational goals, guidelines and specifications.
