Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Packaging Design:
Create innovative, market-ready packaging for international markets, ensuring compliance with global labeling and aesthetic standards.
Print Production:
Prepare and review high-resolution graphic files (Dielines, CMYK, Spot colors) to ensure error-free print production.
Brand Development:
Develop high-quality visuals for branding, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Project Managers to maintain brand integrity.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with global design trends and new technologies to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.
Stakeholder Presentation:
Present design concepts clearly to clients or internal stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback.
Multi-Platform Design:
Manage a diverse portfolio of projects including advertising, UI/UX design, and social media content.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure a seamless and consistent visual identity across all media formats (print, digital, and social).

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio in
Packaging
.
Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience in UI/UX tools (Figma/Adobe XD) is a plus.
Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with international packaging regulations and export-quality printing processes.
Attributes:
Detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
