Role & responsibilities Implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Identify and prospect potential clients and business opportunities to expand the customer base. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and innovations to the market. Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and payment collection. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales and business development in the FMCG sector or agri-based products will be preferred, however we are also considering freshers who can commit to learn and achieve sales targets and can drive business growth
