Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage global import suppliers for timely delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate PO confirmations, lead times and shipment follow-up.
• Oversee full import cycle from PO to delivery.
• Track and expedite shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Prepare and check import/export documents (BE, SB, invoices, packing lists, C/O, LC docs).
• Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, Shipping and Foreign Trade rules.
• Stay updated on customs procedures and duty schemes; handle audits/licenses.
• Support vendor contracts, KPIs, SLAs and risk mitigation.
• Use SAP MM for PO processing, GR/IR and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid understanding of

  end-to-end import supply chain, EXIM functions and documentation

  .
• Hands-on exposure to

  Customs, DGFT, Foreign Trade Policy, Shipping & Logistics

  .

• Contract management

  experience with focus on supplier performance and compliance.
• Practical experience with

  SAP MM module

  .
• Excellent

  supplier relationship, negotiation and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Good communication skills in English.
