Sr. Recruitment Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle, from understanding client or internal hiring needs to onboarding qualified candidates. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and strong sourcing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across industries/domains. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process. Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS regularly. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Generate regular reports on hiring metrics and recruitment performance. Train and mentor junior recruiters, if applicable. Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with ATS or CRM systems. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously with efficiency.
