About the Role: Darwinbox is seeking an experienced and dynamic AMS Manager to take charge of leading and overseeing the Application Management Services (AMS) team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous enhancement of application services for clients. The AMS Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of top-notch support, enhancements, and optimization capabilities to ensure that applications align with business requirements and performance benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of AMS consultants to deliver AMS services across diverse enterprise clients. - Conduct daily scrum meetings and supervise the day-to-day operations of AMS to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Strategize the onboarding of clients, while also developing and enhancing AMS account plans continuously. - Act as the primary point of contact for all AMS-related enhancements and issues, both internally and with clients. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service delivery, minimize incidents, and enhance system stability and performance. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders at CXO level, Product team, Integration team, and Amplify team, to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Manage application lifecycle activities, encompassing monitoring, updates, upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting. - Ensure strict adherence to and compliance with the Release Management process. - Generate and present regular reports on AMS performance, trends, and areas for enhancement. - Develop growth plans for the team and devise capability improvement strategies. - Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the AMS team. Key Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR tech implementation, HR consulting, or HR roles. - An undergraduate degree is a prerequisite, while an MBA or master's degree is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in team management is essential, and prior engagement with senior stakeholders such as CXOs is advantageous. - A background in HR or relevant educational qualifications would be beneficial. - Proficiency in productivity tools like MS Word and MS PowerPoint is required. Ability to work with complex datasets, validate data, and utilize tools such as MS Excel and Project management tools. - Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., JIRA, Happy Fox) and monitoring systems is desirable.,
