IT / Software Services / HR Admin Functions / Recruitment / Staffing Services

Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conduct initial candidate screenings by phone or email.
Schedule and conduct interviews for open positions.
Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
Assist with the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies.
Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function (a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:
