Job Description

TechBuddies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical professionals across multiple IT domains. This role plays a critical part in attracting and hiring top talent to fuel the companys continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle Including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Understand technical job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations
  • Source candidates through job portals(Naukri.com / Indeed ), LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage salary negotiations,offer letters, and joining formalities
  • Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT / Technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
