Job Summary:   Wissen Technology is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 2 5 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates and managing recruitment activities under guidance.  

Experience:   2 - 5   Years  

Location:   Bangalore  

Mode of Work:   Hybrid   

Key Responsibilities:  

• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn,   Instahyre, and Cut short  
  
• Screen resumes and   conduct   initial candidate assessments  
  
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers  
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases  
  
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience  
  
• Support senior recruiters in meeting hiring targets  
  

Required Skills   and  Qualification:  

• 2 5 years of experience in IT recruitment  
  
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies  
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing  
  
• Strong communication   and coordination skills  
  
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore   office 3 days a week   
  

Good to Have Skills:  

• Exposure to ATS tools like Zoho Recruit or similar  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
