Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Skills: IT Recruitment, HR Op’s, C2C, C2H, FTE Positions for domestic recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Proven experience managing diverse hiring models including C2C, C2H, and Full-Time IT
Domestic recruitment across multiple domains.
Skilled in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through top job portals and social
media platforms such as Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other digital hiring
channels.
Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques, keyword optimization, and advanced
sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
HR Operations: Handling end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, induction, policy
compliance, employee lifecycle management, and record maintenance.
Responsible for employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and addressing daily
operational queries to ensure a positive work culture.
Proficient in managing HRMS systems, maintaining employee data, monitoring attendance,
payroll inputs, and HR reporting.
Ability to work efficiently in a start-up’s environment, adapt to new processes, and support
hiring for new business units or branch expansions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align hiring
needs with business priorities.
