Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, etc)

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Understand client/hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities

Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes

Good negotiation and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agency or corporate hiring

Knowledge of bulk hiring or lateral hiring

Graduation in any discipline (HR preferred)
