The BCN encompasses Consulting Services, Knowledge Services, and Shared Services. This position is within the ORG CoE, housed in the broader Data & Tech cluster at BCN. The ORG CoE focuses on developing and implementing analytical solutions related to Operating Model and Organization Practice. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality analysis and generating valuable business insights. They aid Bain's case teams globally in tackling crucial client issues by applying proven diagnostics and solutions that address organizational, cultural, and talent-related challenges. Moreover, they actively contribute to creating, testing, and enhancing proprietary products and Bain IP within the domain in close collaboration with Organization Practice leadership. As a part of the ORG CoE team, your responsibilities will include: - Developing expertise in various diagnostics and solutions within the Org domain to enhance project insights and guide case teams in deploying optimal tools - Understanding client requirements across diverse contexts, geographies, and industries to recommend practical and actionable solutions - Assisting the Manager/ Project Leader in executing day-to-day tasks, preparing work plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of client needs within project scope - Taking charge of assigned work streams, formulating hypotheses, understanding work plans, and executing tasks such as industry research, data analysis, and presentation preparation - Conducting error-free analysis in assigned work streams, ensuring timely responses to key questions - Utilizing various analytical tools and continuously improving proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and other relevant tools - Collaborating with internal and external partners to obtain robust organizational analytics benchmarks that benefit teams across the Bain network - Effectively communicating insights from work streams through clear and professional presentations - Providing thought leadership and sound business judgment to enhance team analysis on complex workstreams - Offering and receiving meaningful feedback, identifying skill development needs, and coaching Analysts to aid their growth and learning To be considered for this role, you should: - Hold a graduate degree with 24+ months of relevant experience or a post-graduate degree with 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting or market research - Ideally possess 1-3 years of experience in HR consulting, workforce planning, Org analytics, or organizational transformation - Demonstrate understanding or experience in Organization/ Operating Model topics with insights into data, metrics, and trends in this field - Have experience in survey-based tools and analytics, diagnostics, data analytics, or benchmarking (a plus) - Possess working knowledge of Tableau/ Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx - Preferably be familiar with advanced skills like SQL, Python, R, or GenAI - Exhibit a curious and creative mindset, open to innovation and proposing new ideas - Collaborate effectively in group dynamics, including virtual settings, proficient in agile ways of working - Be capable of managing multiple tasks and working under pressure At Bain & Company, we take pride in being consistently acknowledged as one of the world's top workplaces, championing diversity and social responsibility.
