Associate, Org CoE

Role Overview: As a member of the ORG CoE team at Bain Capability Network (BCN), you will be responsible for developing and deploying analytical solutions related to Operating Model and Organization Practice. Your role will involve providing quality analysis, generating business insights, and supporting Bain case teams globally in solving critical client issues within the organization, culture, and talent domain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop knowledge on different diagnostics/solutions within the Org domain to provide valuable insights and guidance to case teams - Understand client needs across various contexts and industries to recommend actionable solutions - Support the Manager/Project Leader in executing cases, preparing work plans, and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements - Take ownership of assigned work streams, generate hypotheses, conduct industry research, prepare presentations, and analyze data - Utilize analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and GenAI to support different solutions/cases - Collaborate with internal and external partners to create robust org analytics benchmarks for teams across the Bain network - Deliver clear and professional presentations, provide thought leadership, and drive team analysis on complex workstreams/cases - Offer meaningful feedback, provide coaching to Analysts, and contribute to their skill development Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 24+ months or post-graduate with 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting/market research - 3 years of experience in HR consulting, workforce planning, Org analytics, or organizational transformation preferred - Understanding or experience in Organization/Operating Model topic with insights into data, metrics, and trends - Knowledge of survey-based tools, diagnostics, data analytics, and benchmarking is a plus - Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx is necessary - Experience or knowledge in advanced skills like SQL, Python, R, and GenAI preferred - Curious and creative mindset, open to new ideas, and ability to propose innovative solutions - Ability to work collaboratively in a group dynamic, proficient in agile ways of working, and handle multiple tasks under pressure (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted as they were not provided in the job description.),
