HR Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Oversee HR operations for client organizations — including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Translate client needs into actionable HR solutions that align with business goals.
Collaborate closely with consultants and project teams to deliver integrated, high-impact HR outcomes.
Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare client reports and presentations.
Uphold Shilputsi’s consulting ethos of trust, discretion, and partnership in every engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5–10 years of experience in HR operations, consulting, or client management.
Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts with agility and professionalism.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and talent management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — with a consultative, empathetic approach.
Adept at working in dynamic environments with evolving client needs.
High ownership mindset and attention to detail.
