Job Description

Role Title: Senior Executive - Learning & Development

Department: HR

Location: Hyderabad

L&D Experience 3 - 6 Years

Overview:

Responsible in supporting & coordinating Learning and Development activities in the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

Able to coordinate with stakeholders to conduct training need analysis & post program Effectiveness
Develop Program Structure/ agenda for Training Workshops
Coordinate with stakeholders for both pre-program details participants lists, attendance; & Post program feedback & effectiveness.
Execute roll out of training interventions including vendors, timelines, target audience and location.
Arrange training logistics (with support) and drive delivery of training.

Other Responsibilities

Leverage HR Portal to coordinate L&D activities
Research independently on various HR/L&D topics.
Check invoices / bills received from various consultants and vendors; process in time for payment in coordination with the Accounts department.
Ensure all related documents are properly filed & organized
Able to research, collate & preliminary analyse data

Skills and Specifications:

Should have Excellent Spoken & Written Communication skills.
Confident in presenting to small audiences
High Learnability - Committed to improving own Knowledge & Skills
Should be proficient in computer Skills (MS word, Power Point, Excel)

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification MBA - HR / Masters in Psychology/Diplomas in equivalent functions

2-4 years experience in HR/Learning and Development function

Behavioural competencies Integrity, Drive & Initiative
