2-15 years of experience in HR operations, business partnering, or recruitment consultancy background.

  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and relationship building.
  • Manage existing clients' needs by providing exceptional service delivery and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions for clients' talent acquisition requirements.
  • Identify potential vendors or external partners to enhance the company's offerings in areas such as HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with MNCs and reputed companies for recruitment services.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and decision-makers.
  • Pitch recruitment solutions effectively across different industries and job functions (Tech/Non-Tech).
  • Drive lead generation, cold calling, and proposal presentations to secure partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from lead to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, hiring needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and meet or exceed business targets.
