Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management. Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A). Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
