Support pricing strategies by conducting basic cost and competitor/incumbent analyses. Qualifications 1-2 Years of experience in bid analysis, proposal coordination, or contracts, preferably in the SLED or Federal (IHS/VA) sector. Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills. Understanding of NAICS codes, set-aside categories (SB, SDVOSB, HubZone, 8 (a)), and proposal compliance. Knowledge of FPDS and USASpending.gov for checking federal contract awards, spending patterns, and understanding past bids and competitors. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
