Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and generate sales opportunities. Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions. Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions or alternatives. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Address customer complaints and queries with professionalism and efficiency. Prepare and submit reports on call activities, performance metrics, and outcomes. Stay informed on product details, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: High school, diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus). Average communication skills with a clear, persuasive tone. Ability to manage rejection and maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Minimum Age requirement: 18 years. Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Knowledge of basic sales techniques and customer service best practices. Fixed Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30pm
