Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and generate sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions.
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
  • Address customer complaints and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit reports on call activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • Stay informed on product details, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High school, diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus).
  • Average communication skills with a clear, persuasive tone.
  • Ability to manage rejection and maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Minimum Age requirement: 18 years.

Skills:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Knowledge of basic sales techniques and customer service best practices.

Fixed Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30pm
