The VISA Supervisor will ensure that all visa applications are processed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Visa Application Processing: Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of visa applications for individuals and organizations. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and meets immigration requirements. Verify that visa applications are processed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Compliance & Regulations: Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Ensure all visa applications comply with local, national, and international regulations. Handle any legal or compliance issues related to the visa processing system. Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, providing support and guidance throughout the visa application process. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by applicants and ensure a positive experience. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports regarding visa processing status. Monitor and track application timelines to ensure timely submissions. Generate regular reports on team performance, application outcomes, and any issues for upper management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience). Experience: freshers to 2 years
