Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Integration & Partnership Coordinator to manage and coordinate technical and operational integrations with global payment gateway partners and SMS vendors. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact between our internal teams (engineering, product, compliance) and external service providers to ensure seamless and timely integration and ongoing relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end integration of global payment gateway partners and SMS vendors. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. Collect and analyze technical documentation from payment and SMS providers to support integration planning. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure requirements are clear and timelines are met. Track integration progress, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data security policies across integrations. Monitor performance and service level agreements (SLAs) post-integration and manage ongoing vendor relationships. Maintain up-to-date records of vendor contracts, technical specs, credentials, and compliance documents. Research and evaluate new vendor solutions to support business expansion. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with payment gateways, SMS vendors, or similar third-party integrations. Strong understanding of payment processing workflows (authorization, capture, refunds, settlements). Familiarity with SMS delivery mechanisms, sender ID regulations, and telecom APIs. Excellent project coordination and vendor management skills. Ability to understand API documentation and work with technical teams on integrations. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with global payment platforms like Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Razorpay, etc. Exposure to telecom/SMS aggregators like Twilio, Sinch, Kaleyra, or Route Mobile. Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and regional telecom regulations. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
