Integration Manager

As an Integration Manager at Appnext, you will be the main focal point for client integrations, including publishers, advertisers, and other 3rd parties. Your role involves providing day-to-day second-line technical support to clients, ensuring effective communication externally and internally, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Lead mobile implementation projects with top-notch international companies and app developers. - Provide world-class support to customers and account managers for new and existing projects. - Handle client requests for new features, bug fixes, and oversee their implementation and execution. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in mobile projects, integrations, and project management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in reading, debugging, and understanding mobile applications (HTML, SDK, JSON, Rest API calls, etc). - Knowledge of SQL queries. - Basic understanding of programming concepts. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to assess business and implementation risks, guide technical integration, assist with technical problem-solving, and manage resources to resolve customer issues. - Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. - Customer service-oriented mindset. - Strong troubleshooting skills and persistence in resolving complex technical issues. - Fluency in written and spoken English.,
