Integration Manager

As an Integration Manager at our company, your role will involve implementing scalable integration solutions using APIs and microservices. You will lead and manage a team of integration specialists to drive projects from initiation to completion. It will be your responsibility to define and enforce integration standards, protocols, and security guidelines across all projects. Regular updates and reports on the progress and performance of integration projects will need to be provided to senior management. You will oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience. Technical support for integrating APIs into our existing systems will also be a part of your duties. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and implement solutions is essential. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to API integrations, monitoring API performance, ensuring optimal functionality, and developing documentation are key tasks. Providing training to internal teams on API best practices and staying updated on industry trends in API technology are also part of your role. Participation in testing and quality assurance processes for API integrations, preparing maintenance plans, and contributing to budgeting and resource planning for integration-related initiatives will be expected. Qualifications required: - Graduate with preference in Computer Science. - 10+ years of relevant technology experience. - Preferred Certification in OCJP or .Net. - Proven experience in managing integration projects in a corporate setting, preferably in the insurance industry. - Knowledge of integrated IT solutions.
