Greeting of the Day We are hiring HR - Executive (3rd party payroll) Location - Equinox Business Park, Kurla Job Description Sourcing from Naukri Portal, LinkedIn all the other sources for Frontline sales (Banca/Agency/Health Agency) Mumbai region. Recruitment process includes Sourcing, Screening, and interviewing candidates for Frontline line sales with CTC negotiation. Interview Coordination with all the stakeholders Maintaining Interview tracker and create CV date-base of potential candidate for future job openings. Selected candidates offer processing (Documentation) of Deputy Manager below (including FE). Tracking all the new joining. Maintaining Recruitment Offer Tracker. Review of all the positions and maintaining a TAT for closure. Keeping track of the recruitment metrics and sending regular reports to key stakeholders in the system regarding recruitments. (FE hiring) Smooth On-boarding (Coordination with IT, Admin, HR ops) of all the new joiner (FE Population) Coordination with Bank for bank opening for new joiner.
