HR Technology Implementation: Lead the deployment of HRMS platforms ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. Data Analytics & Insights: Develop HR dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track workforce trends, attrition rates, and employee satisfaction. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize HR strategies. Process Automation: Streamline HR workflows using AI-driven automation for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Employee Experience Enhancement: Utilize digital tools to improve engagement, feedback mechanisms, and personalized employee journeys. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR processes align with labor laws and data privacy regulations. Change Management & Training: Drive digital transformation initiatives, training HR teams and employees on new technologies. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, HR analytics tools, and automation software (People Strong, Oracle, Darwin Box etc). Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR digitization with business goals. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive actionable insights.
