Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Submission Officer, located in Mumbai. The Submission Officer will be responsible for handling and processing various applications, interacting with applicants, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily tasks include managing application submissions, data entry, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and coordinating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of submission processes. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in data entry and documentation managementExperience with compliance and regulatory proceduresAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in customer service rolesFamiliarity with submission processes for visa, passport, or similar applications is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
