This is a high-impact role for a senior professional who brings proven experience in managing large-scale, relationship-driven business environments—preferably from hospitality, aviation, or international services sectors. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy: Lead the design and execution of BLS International’s global BD roadmap, aligned with business priorities and market dynamics. Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and convert strategic opportunities across consular services, e-governance, and allied domains. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with embassies, government officials, consulates, hospitality & travel partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless bid submissions and service execution. Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to inform strategy. Revenue Accountability: Own the business development targets across geographies, including key account expansion and new territory penetration. Team Leadership: Mentor and build a high-performing global BD team with local market insight and solutioning skills. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 22-25 years in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in the hotel, aviation, international services , or travel & tourism sectors. Global Exposure: Strong track record of working with international clients, government stakeholders, and multicultural teams. Industry Interface: Prior experience dealing with embassies, consulates, government contracts, or public-private partnerships is highly desirable. Skills: Strategic mindset with a consultative sales approach Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country projects Comfortable with travel and high-touch client engagement Qualifications: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred Show more Show less
