Job Title: Intern HR RecruiterDepartment: Human Resources / Talent AcquisitionLocation: [Airoli - Navi Mumbai and Thane]Employment Type: Retainer / Contract________________________________________About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Retainer HR Recruiter to support our ongoing hiring needs on a retained basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.________________________________________Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers or clients to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, etc.).
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any filed or Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • freshers or recruitment experience (agency or in-house); retainer or contract
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment databases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Hiring for BFSI domain
