Human Resource Recruiter Intern

Job Description -
Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and internally. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels as per the job requirement. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Do line-ups and make sure to convert into turn-ups. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Maintain daily and weekly reports.

Job Specification - A genuine interest in developing a career in HR. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner. An interest in working with people. The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail. Office Timings - 10 AM - 6 PM Working Days 6 days in a week Academic Qualifications Any Graduate/PG Location - RDC, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad Stipend - 8000/- , Performance based incentives Duration- 3/6 Months After completing the successful training, a Certificate will be provided to the candidate. The company offers a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to interns who demonstrate exceptional performance during the internship period. Note: Candidate must have their own laptop.
