Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and gather resumes from job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Build, maintain, and update the candidate database with accurate details.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare basic reports.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Contribute to improving the recruitment process through research and feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
  • Good organizational and data management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to multitask.
