Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter(Internship) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Knowledge in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT positions in the domestic market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding).

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.

In Paid Internship We will Provide Stipend upto 10k to 12k
