Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern- USA 15 Nos

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Qualification: MBA (HR) /B.TECH(CS) freshers

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns who are passionate about building careers in Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with the Recruitment Team to learn sourcing, screening, coordination, and end-to-end hiring activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment dashboards
• Assist in onboarding activities
• Support HR and recruitment initiatives as required

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic understanding of USA recruitment processes
• Ability to multitask and work with timelines
• Positive attitude, learning mindset, and strong work ethic
