Human Resource Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in hiring for various roles across the organization. This internship offers handson exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement in a fast-paced HR environment.

Key responsibilities :

• Source profiles through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) and social media as per hiring requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers; share calendar invites and followups.
• Maintain and update candidate database, trackers, and recruitment MIS regularly.
• Support campus hiring drives, walkins, and bulk hiring activities as needed.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and internal platforms.
• Assist in preonboarding documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Provide a professional and positive experience to candidates through timely communication.
