Description
Prepare and deliver structured lectures to enrolled students, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the curriculum as prescribed by the syllabus. Plan and conduct all academic components, including theory classes, internal examinations, practical lab sessions, student projects, and clinical postings in accordance with the academic calendar. Maintain strong subject matter expertise and stay current with advancements in the field to ensure high-quality instruction. Actively track, evaluate, and mentor student performance throughout the academic cycle, including during clinical postings, to ensure academic progress and student engagement. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the dialysis industry through ongoing research, industry interactions, and professional development; incorporate these updates into course content and teaching materials. Design and develop course-related materials such as PPTs, assignments, handouts, project briefs, question papers, and question banks to support effective curriculum delivery. Use real-life examples and practical scenarios to connect theoretical concepts with professional practice, enhancing student understanding and application. Collaborate with fellow faculty members to resolve academic challenges and continuously enhance the learning experience. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, internal assessments, and other academic data as per institutional guidelines. Support student enrollment, counseling, registration, fee collection, and placement-related activities. Monitor student absenteeism and dropout trends; take proactive measures to improve attendance and retention. Ensure compliance with attendance requirements as per Max Healthcare Education Policy.
