Maintain expert CVs for tenders and business development proposals. Performance Management & Appraisals: Design and implement a robust performance evaluation framework tailored to project-based roles. Conduct annual appraisals and salary increment cycles. Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and manage reimbursements. HR Policy Development: Draft, implement, and update HR policies including travel, attendance, leave, remote deployment, etc. Organizational Structure & Reporting: Define the reporting hierarchy, role structures, and deployable workforce tracking system. Employee Engagement & Grievance Redressal: Set up mechanisms for grievance handling, team recognition, and engagement activities. Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Manage complete employee lifecycle including inductions, contract management, and F&F settlements. Project Staffing & Resource Planning: Ensure optimal staffing for ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects. 4.Preferred Candidate Profile 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Infrastructure/Construction/Engineering Consultancy Prior experience in handling a sole contributor or independent HR lead role is preferred Strong understanding of project-based HR operations and statutory HR compliance Proven ability to manage senior-level recruitment and team structuring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills MBA in Human Resource Management or related field (preferred)
