As an Electrical Engineer with 10-12 years of experience in DC operations, preferably TIER III DC, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the data center's physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the data center to ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime. Additionally, you will lead a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. You will also be accountable for ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols, including physical security and data management. In the event of incidents that may affect the availability or performance of the data center, you will be required to respond promptly and resolve them effectively. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors providing support and maintenance services for the data center. This full-time position offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a yearly bonus provided.
